Slow Cook 低溫慢煮
低溫慢煮 (Slow Cook)食物需處於真空密封的狀態，以不高於85 °C 烹調食材。一般的細菌、寄生蟲在68 °C 已經會被殺死，這個是烹調食材最安全的方法，既可以保留食物的鮮味、水份和營養，亦可以有效殺死肉類本身的細菌、寄生蟲。
