Member Privilege

Membership Rewards redemption：

Cash Points Usage:

  • New members will receive $10 Cash Points upon registration (valid for 30 days).
  • Existing members can refer new members using a referral link. When a new member successfully registers using the referral link, the new member will receive $25 Cash Points (valid for 30 days). Once the new member's first order is marked as "Completed," the referrer will be rewarded with $50 Cash Points (valid for 30 days). [Referrers must subscribe to email notifications to receive Cash Points reward notifications.]
  • Members who provide their month of birth will receive birthday Cash Points on the 1st day of their birth month(valid for 30 days). The value of the birthday Cash Points varies based on membership level, please refer to membership level description for details.
  • Online Store: Cash Points redemption is capped as follows: Orders of $100 or more: Maximum redemption of 10 Cash Points.
    Orders of $500 or more: Maximum redemption of 25 Cash Points.
    Orders of $1000 or more: Maximum redemption of 50 Cash Points.
    Orders of $3000 or more: Unlimited Cash Points redemption.
  • Consumers may choose to redeem any amount of Cash Points within the cap or opt not to use Cash Points at all.
  • Retail Stores: Cash Points redemption is capped at 25 Cash Points for orders of $750 or more.

VIP Points Usage:

  • Earn 1 VIP Point for every HK$100 spent (after discounts) at retail store or online shop.
  • VIP Points can be used to purchase products, where 1 VIP Point = HK$1.
  • When a customer's order status changes to "Completed," they can leave a product review through their purchase history. Upon completing the review, 8 VIP points will be rewarded. Each order is limited to 1 reward.
  • Points earned through online orders will be automatically credited to the member's account once the order is marked as "Completed" (after delivery or pickup).
  • VIP Points earned do not apply to clearance items, discounted products, e-coupons, shipping fees, gifts, or trial items.
  • Members can redeem VIP Points for purchases of $750 or more, with a maximum of 25 VIP Points per transaction.
  • VIP Points can also be used to redeem specific products.
  • All VIP Points are valid for one year.
  • Points earned during a calendar year will expire on the designated date of the following year, which is June 30. For example, points earned between January 1 and December 31 will expire on June 30 of the following year.
  • Points earned from a current transaction can only be used for the next purchase and cannot be used immediately.
  • Members must inform the staff before checkout at retail stores or log into their account before checkout online to earn VIP Points. Points cannot be retroactively credited.
  • Members must notify the staff at checkout or select to use VIP Points before online payment. Points cannot be retroactively applied after checkout.
  • All discounts (including but not limited to the $50 off for every $500 in self-pickup orders) are calculated after applying redeemed VIP Points.
  • VIP Points are part of the membership rewards program and are not a top-up service. They cannot be converted into cash.

𐐪♡𐑂 All membership levels can enjoy a $50 discount for every $500 spent in a single transaction at retail stores. There is no upper limit on this discount, but it must be applied to the same order.

𐐪♡𐑂 In-the-Know (有料到) Pawrents, All-Out (廿四孝) Pawrents, and Pawfecto Pawrents members can enjoy the Frozen Goods Storage Service at retail stores: After completing full payment for an order, members can choose to pick up only part of the frozen items and collect the remaining items on a later visit. (Subject to real-time availability in the store's freezers, to be arranged accordingly.)

𐐪♡𐑂 In-the-Know (有料到) Pawrents, All-Out (廿四孝) Pawrents, and Pawfecto Pawrents members can enjoy the Defrosting Service for Frozen Goods when pre-ordering for in-store pickup: After completing full payment, store staff will help place the required portion of frozen items into the regular fridge compartment (at approximately 6°C) for proper defrosting based on customer instructions. Members must collect the defrosted goods later on the same day. (Subject to real-time availability in the store's refrigerators, to be arranged accordingly.)

  • Qualify with a single purchase of $100 or more.
  • Membership is lifetime with no renewal requirements.
  • Receive $25 Cash Points during your birthday month (valid for 30 days).

  • Eligible to redeem specified products with VIP points.

2／ In-the-Know (有料到) Pawrents

  • Qualify with a cumulative spend of $1800 or more within 3 months.
  • Membership is valid for 12 months.
  • Renewal requirement: Cumulative spend of $1800 within the membership period.
  • Receive $35 Cash Points during your birthday month (valid for 30 days).
  • Eligible to purchase selected products at member prices.

  • Qualify with a cumulative spend of $2800 or more within 3 months.

Many customers have complimented the beautiful insulated bags we use for delivery. However, some find themselves with too many and are reluctant to throw them away. They often ask if we can recycle and reuse these insulated bags and ice packs. To promote sustainability and make full use of resources, we’ve decided to take it a step further by launching a recycling program.

Here’s how it works:
Collect the items according to the combinations below and contact us to arrange a courier pickup at your convenience. We will cover all courier fees. For each compliant insulated bag and ice pack returned, you’ll earn corresponding points (1 point = $1). Let’s work together to protect the environment! 🌍 Our team believes that if we love animals, we should also love the Earth. By promoting sustainability, we aim to create a livable and sustainable environment for all animals (and all living beings). Our love for animals extends beyond the ones we personally care for. By offering points in return for recycling, we hope to thank you for contributing your time and effort to environmental protection. 💖

Recycling Combinations and Points

  • 1 insulated bag with 8 ice packs = 1 point
  • 1 insulated bag with 4 insulated bags + 5 ice packs = 2 points
  • 1 insulated bag with 8 insulated bags = 3 points

Collect any of the above combinations and notify us to arrange a courier pickup.

Important Notes:

  • Damaged insulated bags or ice packs cannot be recycled.
  • If the returned items do not meet the specifications above, the corresponding points may not be awarded.
  • Recycling will be handled by SF Express couriers. Standard pickup times are 9 AM–7 PM or 9 PM (depending on the area). You can request a specific time slot for pickup.
