KB MIX

The KB Mixes contain organ meat, muscle meat and bone in the right proportions. With sufficient variation, a balanced diet can easily be composed. Simple and safe to use.

Description:

This KB Mix exclusively contains lamb as a protein source, and can therefore be a suitable part of an elimination diet. The mix only contains natural ingredients without artificial additives, finely-ground lamb ribs function as a natural source of calcium. This mix alone is not complete; variation is necessary for a balanced diet.

Ingredients:

100% Lamb: 40% rumen, 15% meat, 15% meaty ribs, 10% fat, 8% heart, 8% liver, 4% lung.

Proportions:

Meat: 28%, Bones: 12%, Organs: 60%, Extra: 0%

Analysis:

65% moisture, 16% protein, 17% fats, 0,2% fiber, 2,9% ash, 0,53% calcium, 0,45% phosphorus, Ca:P: 1,17, Energy: 217 kcal/100 gr.

How much should I feed?

For dogs on average, a quantity of 20-30 g per kg of body weight can be fed daily. For pups and lactating dogs this is higher, 40-60gms per kg of body weight, per day.

For cats on average a quantity of 30-40 g per kg of body weight can be fed daily.

This is an average, just like with humans not everybody has the same energy requirements. It is therefore important to notice the condition of your animal. The ribs of your dog or cat should be easily felt, but not noticeable visible.
